How can I make a first appointment?

You need to ask your primary care physician, pediatrician, or mental health therapist to write a letter of referral to our team.

Can my child come alone?

No, we require parent supervision for all children under 16 years old and a parent attendance for all first-time appointments at all times.

Can I just cancel my appointment?

We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel an appointment. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for a less-than-24-hour cancellation or a no-show.

How much does it cost
to see the doctor?

Residence of Alberta who has a current Alberta health care card is paid for by the Alberta health service. Other services we provide may cost you out of pocket. Contact our office directly for such enquiries.

Can I come to your offices without
an appointment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any walk-in service. All the services we offer require a pre-booked appointment. You can book an appointment with us using this link

What do I need to bring along for the appointment?

Any information that you think will be helpful, such as previous diagnosis report, school assessment, or any doctor’s note you may have. You should also bring your current Alberta health service card and identification for the appointment.
